                                                            PONGAL CELEBRATION

13.1.2020

Pongal festival was celebrated in our college on 13.1.2020. Students were asked to form groups with each group having 15 members. We decorated the pongal pots, lit fire and cooked 'Sakkarai Pongal'

 ate Sugar cane. The event was conducted in accordance with tradition. Folk dance and Bharatanatyam were performed as part of the cultural programs.  A mass prayer was conducteafter the celebrations. It was memorable as well as enjoyable.
